Mitali Express is an international train service connecting Dhaka, Bangladesh to New Jalpaiguri (Siliguri), India. It operates twice a week, leaving Dhaka Cantonment Railway Station on Mondays and Thursdays and New Jalpaiguri on Sundays and Wednesdays. The journey takes about 13-14 hours. The train has both AC chair cars and AC 3-tier (cabin/berth) coaches.
Launched in March 2021, it symbolizes the strong friendship between Bangladesh and India.
